Power Options: Flexibility and Performance

The ARCADE Max runs on either 3×AA batteries or via a micro USB connection, giving you the flexibility to power it your way. Battery holders are conveniently located on the back of the PCB.

For optimal performance, we recommend using Alkaline batteries. Using lower-quality batteries may cause the display to appear dim, especially when the speaker or vibration motor is active. If you notice the screen dimming during use, simply replace the batteries with a fresh set of Alkaline cells for the best experience.
